Headaches and Migraine

Migraine sufferers are usually sensitive to light and frequently have pain in one side of their heads. Conventional analgesic drugs have been reported to exacerbate the problem when taken often. There are various forms of herbal remedies that have been recommended to be used for treating headaches, including massaging the shoulders and neck on a daily with few drops of lavender and juniper oil added along with a tablespoon of almond or base oil.
Camomile oils are also believed to be useful and lavender oil rubbed into the temples at the first indication of a headache is also thought to help in alleviating pain. Another great remedy to take is reported to be Feverfew. This is viewed as one of the most effective remedies for migraines. Supplementing on fish oil capsules or any kind of fish oils supplements is believed to reduce symptoms of headaches and migraines.
